With over 30 years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry and a founder of outdoor bootcamps in Melbourne, I have seen countless diets and fads come and go with the same limited outcomes. As a result, there are many men and women with stories like the ones above who are feeling tired and deflated.

The truth is, it's not only nutritious eating and movement that lead to good health. Mindset, mindfulness and habit change are the secret ingredients overlooked by so many quick fix diets and fad exercise trends. My coaching explores ALL areas of wellbeing (Mind, Body & Soul). Working with me around mindset, sustainable habit change, planning, purpose, mindfulness, rediscovering your joy, movement to suit your body and listening to your gut, will set you back on the path to happiness and confidence in this next stage of life.
