We just need a little space to come back to ourselves.
The Reset Series is a collection of seasonal wellbeing experiences created to give you exactly that — a few beautiful hours to step away from the noise, slow down and reconnect with your body, your breath and yourself.
Each three-hour experience combines mindful movement, breathwork and time to connect and integrate, all within the calm and welcoming surrounds of Driftwood Studio in Mt Eliza.
You'll move your body with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Create space for your nervous system to settle.
And leave feeling calmer, clearer and a little more like yourself again.
Each Reset has its own theme and intention, with experiences offered throughout the year to meet you wherever you are.
No experience is necessary and there's nothing to achieve or get right.
Simply come as you are.
Please note: This experience includes movement and conscious connected breathwork, which can be physically and emotionally engaging. All practices are offered with choice and you’re encouraged to modify, rest or opt out at any time.
SPRING RESET

Spring invites us to emerge.
To shake off the heaviness of winter, create space for something new and reconnect with the energy that may have felt a little quieter over the colder months.
We'll begin with time to arrive and connect before moving through a nourishing yoga flow designed to awaken and open the body.
From there, we'll journey into a guided conscious connected breathwork experience, allowing the body and mind to release, soften and reset.
We'll finish slowly, with time to integrate, reflect and connect over nourishing refreshments.
You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer and ready to step into the new season with renewed energy and intention.

Conscious connected breathwork is a guided breathing practice that supports nervous system regulation, relaxation and self-awareness.
It’s offered in a choice-based, supportive way, and you’re always in control of your experience. This is not trauma-specific breathwork.

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (e.g. a light jumper or journal). Yoga mats and props will be provided.

Yes. This retreat is open to men and women over 40 and is designed to be welcoming, inclusive and supportive for all participants.
