OVER 40's YOGA, BREATHWORK AND STRENGTH & MOBILITY CLASSES
If you’re over 40 and ready to feel fitter, stronger, more mobile, and calmer in both body and mind, these classes are designed just for you. Join us in a beautiful, welcoming and private space in Mt Eliza – complete with an indoor studio and outdoor training area – for grounding yoga classes, breathwork classes and fun, uplifting strength sessions that blend variety, community and support.
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the needs of those over 40, so you’ll see real results while staying safe, avoiding injury and building confidence in your body. Every body type and fitness level is welcome. Let’s face it, many of use have niggles / injuries at this age… so we are ready to offer alternatives for all poses and exercises.

Movement, Breath and Balance for the mind and body.
Our Vinyasa Yoga Flow classes are designed specifically for women and men over 40, creating a welcoming space where you can enjoy the benefits of yoga without pressure or comparison. You won’t find any intimidating “perfect poses” here—just a supportive environment where you can move, breathe and grow at your own pace.
These classes blend mindful movement with breath, helping you build strength, flexibility and balance while calming your nervous system. Choose from:
Slow Flow – A slower-paced class to help you move deeply and mindfully, perfect for days when you want a nourishing and grounding practice.
Vinyasa Flow – A more dynamic, flowing class with breath-led transitions, building energy, strength, and focus.
Every class includes breath work and a strong mind-body connection, encouraging you to tune into yourself as you move. We also weave in elements of yogic philosophy to nurture not just your body, but your heart and mind—bringing a deeper sense of balance and spirituality to your practice.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these classes will challenge and support you in equal measure, helping you feel strong, centred, and connected.

Our Strength & Mobility classes are thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, and move with confidence—not just in class, but in everyday life. These sessions focus on functional movement, so you can keep doing the things you love with ease for years to come.
Unlike traditional gym workouts that often train the body in one dimension, these classes integrate all the essential pillars of movement for healthy ageing. You’ll strengthen your body while improving balance, coordination, and joint health—helping you prevent injury, move freely and even get up off the ground with ease.
Many people who come to us from the gym are recovering from injuries caused by repetitive, unbalanced training. Our approach is different: it’s about creating a resilient, well-rounded body that supports your lifestyle, not just your workouts.
And while we take your health and fitness seriously, we also know how important it is to enjoy the process! Expect a friendly, supportive atmosphere where there’s always time for a chat, a cuppa and a laugh, all while staying mindful and focused on the task at hand: staying fit, capable, and agile as you age.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and release built-up tension — physically and emotionally.
Using circular rhythmical breathing, the breath flows continuously to move you out of your head and into your body. The practice builds gradually and then softens, creating space for clarity, grounding and deep relaxation.
Each session is safe, supportive and choice-based. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, adjust your breath or pause whenever needed.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and connected to yourself.
