Women's Health. Without the Noise.
If you're a woman in midlife, chances are you've seen plenty of advice about what you should be doing.
More protein.
Less alcohol.
Lift weights.
Take this supplement.
Fix your hormones.
Sort out your gut.
Manage your stress.
So the question is…
What's actually true?
Why isn't what used to work, working anymore?
Thrive brings together three practitioners working in different areas of women's health for an evening of honest conversation and practical information. We'll talk about the things women are actually experiencing as they move through their 40s, 50s and beyond—and cut through some of the noise along the way.
We'll have a combination of prepared questions, conversation between the panel and plenty of time for your questions.
Come with questions. Come curious. Come with the things you've been wondering about but haven't known who to ask.
