What Can You Expect?

As a Health & Habit Change Coach, my aim is to help men and women over 40 to step out of overwhelm and into action.

There is a common theme amongst many of the women that come to me and it sounds something like this "I took some time off work to raise my three children and when my youngest finally went off to school, I felt lost. After spending so much time looking after everyone else and putting their needs before mine, I have become tired, grumpy, overweight and overwhelmed in my life" or "I'm a working mum and feel pulled in one hundred different directions. I’ve tried everything to lose a few kilos and get my mojo back but nothing works. I’m sick of feeling unmotivated and exhausted”.

It is a slightly different story for men but along the same lines. Common complaints are "I'm constantly tired and at the end of the day I just want to sit down on the couch and enjoy a beer/wine to relax. I've even got the start of a beer belly but can’t get motivated to do anything about it. It is also affecting my relationships as I have a short fuse with my family and then feel guilty, which pushes me away further and I retreat into my man cave”.

With over 30 years of experience in the Health & Wellness Industry, I have seen numerous diets, wellness fads and quick fix programs come and go with the same limited outcomes. As a result, there are countless men and women out there with stories like the ones above who want to get back on track but don’t know where to start.

Movement, mindset and healthy eating are vital parts of the picture, but my health and habit change coaching goes well beyond these three areas. I focus on what’s been stopping my clients from achieving their goals in the past due to limited beliefs and emotional blocks. By using coaching techniques, tools and strategies to create positive and long-lasting behaviour change, I can help clients transform their lives without having to think about it.

I work with women and men who are fed up with feeling overwhelmed, flat and exhausted and want to reclaim their confidence and vitality. I’m 100% dedicated to helping every one of my clients get the results they desire.

My individual programs are perfect for anyone wanting to look and feel ‘Fabulous Over 40’ without dieting, depravation or extreme exercise.
