This is a health transformation on every level: mind, body and soul.
When we don't prioritise ourselves, eventually our health, relationships and other areas of our life begin to break down. We will start our work together focusing on your mindset, long before we visit other areas of your health, because once you feed your mind... the rest will naturally follow.
If we work from the inside out, we will uncover how you really feel about your body and the food that you eat and the beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Through Time Line Therapy and Transformational Coaching, you will turn these limiting beliefs / habits around for good.

This is my signature group 'Kickstart Program' focused predominantly on women over 40. As part of this small and intimate group (max 4 people), you will connect with likeminded women and support each other to make gradual and long lasting changes. This is a fun program that will totally change the way you feel about food, exercise and your body.
This 6 week program will allow for big shifts and huge transformations in a supportive environment. We will approach changes one step at a time and create long lasting habit change in your life and health.
Being in a group setting allows you to share your goals, brainstorm solutions, learn from others and gain new perspectives. You will have a small group of peers supporting and encouraging you as you make positive changes to your food choices, physical activity, relationships and everything else in your life.
This group program is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed by all of the contradictory advice out there, sick of feeling tired, know diets don't work long term, want to lose a few kg and the things you have done in the past are no longer working.
Together we will help you discover health like you never have before and help you truly step into the life you deserve to live with confidence.
