Over 40's Strength, Yoga & Combo Classes

If you're over 40 and looking to increase your fitness, strengthen your body, have more energy, increase your flexibility/mobility and calm your mind, these combo sessions are the way to go! Join me at a private space in Mt Eliza (indoor studio and outdoor area) for these fun sessions filled with variety and like-minded people.

All fitness levels are welcome and it's a very inclusive and supportive environment. I have tailored my sessions to suit the over 40's so you will get results without putting yourself in danger of injury or burnout.

The first 45-50 minutes of each session is focused on strength, agility and mobility and the rest of the session is focused on bringing the mind back into balance and establishing calmness through stretching and more gentle movement. You will leave each session feeling calm and balanced.

vinyasa Yoga

The beautiful Driftwood studio is in a lovely private beachside location in Mt Eliza. It is surrounded by greenery and a peaceful calming space. Yoga classes will be in the studio, on the deck or out on the grassy area out the front... all in complete privacy.

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a more gentle and meditative style of Vinyasa yoga that emphasises slow, mindful movement and longer held poses.

Power Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced yoga that focuses on strength and endurance through a continuous flow of poses.

Yinyasa Flow Yoga is characterised by fluid movements and transitions between poses, all synchronised with breath. It encompasses a variety of fast dynamic and slower paced poses.
